surplus, u should lean bulk 24/7 in puberty. Just dont get obese

be in a lean surplus, become more athletic. I strongly reccomend joining a football club. you'll get good social skills, aswell as masculine competition.
You'll also get friends from there. I think you should grow fine if you're 5'6 at 13.

fix your diet, your waist and clavicles are good but youre skinny fat (untrained wide clavicles and thin waist is ideal)
eat raw meat
