I’m currently 17 and planning to start oral minoxidil, eplerenone, and pregabalin under medical supervision and want to take a more structured approach to improving my appearance. My main focus areas are skin quality and bone growth/structure.

My parents are supportive and are allowing me to consult a dermatologist and a clinic focused on regenerative medicine and functional health. I’m also curious about growth hormone therapy (HGH) and whether it could be appropriate for me.

Before I move forward, I want to make sure I have a clear plan and understand the risks and benefits. Here are my main questions:

What monitoring would be required for my medications and potential HGH therapy? Should I get a blood test?

What interventions actually improve skin quality and bone density safely?

What are realistic expectations at my age?

What can I change about my lifestyle, nutrition, and medical interventions for the best results?

Blood tests are good to have in general Im about to hop on most likely and I had total + free test, SHGB, Estradiol, DHEA, Luteinizing hormone, Follicle stimulating hormone, prolaction, IGF-1, and GH. So I would get those done just to have them. No reason not to start GHK-CU, MT-2, and tret. Also run an AI. Naturally just work out and sleep. HGH is solid as well. I would avoid Any anabolics while in puberty.

My skin is really oily because of sunscreen and my skincare and I feel like its increasing the size of my pores. Is there any products you recommend? Scinic chemical sunscreen, Torriden dive all in one for men moisturizer, and Cosrx Low pH good morning gel cleanser. I'm thinking of changing to a tinted mineral sunscreen, but I'm Korean with fairly pale skin and so I'm not sure which tinted sunscreen I can get.

Also im currently using epiduo (containing adapalene and benzoyl peroxide) should i switch to tret instead?

I think and in my history of skin care less is more, you should switch to tret and go for a light cleanser and moisturizer and just use a broad spectrum sunscreen everyday. I like You can source online but it would be easier from your derm. Is your acne bad ?

Nuetrogina has a good one for pale skin, I am white and was pretty fucking pale before I hopped on MT-2 but now I just use La roche possay, they have a p5 baume that I like too. i have gone through so many different products just for nothing to work. So accutane and a gentle moisturizer + cleanser, I really like Vani cream. You're different though I have very dry skin so I would just decimate my skin barrier but you can go for harsher stuff. Try double cleansing and a salycilic acid for now then tret asap.

depending on what you run blood tests are good to check your levels for test and estrogen and how other parts of your body are functioning, skin quality fixed by accutane if its super oily, there really isnt another way to permanently fix it, bone density = test, tren and blasting high amounts of hgh, realistic expectations are absolutely fuckall if you dont blast steroids and growth hormone and hop on accutane

the benefits of tren on bone are too marginal to be run for that reason in my opinion, he is 17 so he could run test prop and hgh with some hcg and be fine. Accutane is law though

regardless of what he runs tho he will need to blast it for significant bone growth so its gonna fuck him either way unless he takes all the precautions, and it sounds like he wont blast shit considering hes gonna get it prescribed, they probably wont give him enough

ВAt this age, there's no point in using less than 10-15 units. I personally used 7 units for 3 months, even though I started with 3/5 and then 7 units. The results are average.

Im sure he can be convinced, but yea

Also hgh therapy isn't going to work, they won't allow it unless you have a medical condition and even then each IU is at least $10-15, there are plenty of very good sources out there for a fraction of the price. You also don't have an endocrinologist breathing down your neck.
