Go to america for a week or something (im assuming you can because european) go on as many dates as you can with her during that time, dont tell her you dont live there then after you go back to ur home country (without telling her) just never bring up meeting up again and when she finally does just keep postponing it for a while (at least 1 month) then tell her your family is moving or you got a job in europe (over if she doesnt want to do long distance)
