Check your local gyms if they have one because this thing gives the highest lowest stamina to highest fatburn you’ll ever get, as the stamina you’re using on it is pretty evenly spread across every muscle in your lower body. To make it even easier, they have a stand to put a phone or even a tablet if you’re willing to carry one in your gym bag, to watch movies or something. I’ve been burning 800 calories at my current weight at speed 6 for an hour, which is just slow enough to hardly feel tired, unlike running or jump roping where I couldn’t even keep it up for 5 minutes. You could feel free to burn more than that doing extra sessions throughout the day, but you risk muscle loss if you don’t lift weights and eat really high protein, and i’m just interested in losing fat first. Since there’s 3500 calories in a pound I easily lost like 7 pounds last month.
An extra perk is that unless you’re planning on getting huge, this thing also pretty much replaces leg day (when you climb with the balls of your feet, to hit the calves too) once you get good enough on it.
