To excel at something start early no if you start in your 25+ or 30s its already too late, the thing your doing you will only truly excel at it ten years from now maybe even 20 or 30.

I thank god I started Moneymaxxing at age 12 my mom would give me dinner money and I would never spend it instead saving it up and flipping items until I was caught by parents my mom told me money was evil blah blah blah some catholic bullshit.

I will apply this rule to my future sons get them into a sport as soon as possible and an academy subject as soon as possible, they will dedicate 3,000 hours a year to this activity until they become the best at it

That's the crazy thing about life everything seems so "chill" on a day to day basis until you realize some people are putting in thousands of more hours of work than you and then one day you just wake up and realize you lost life while some lunatic was working his ass off since age 14 collecting ethereum or some shit

Wished my parents did this, being an athlete is a big halo and good overall.

Yeah the propaganda that you can learn to code at 30 has got to go. It comes from a good place but we need to encourage skills at a young age. Most of the benefits to the brain happen before 16. It becomes much harder to learn a skill past 28. A big issue is the university system it teaches kids nothing unless they go into specific trades most people from 6 to 22 have not learned any tangible skill.

They could teach kids how to code in HS or tangible skills but they don't its very sad. from 14-28 you set up the foundations of your life. You will never learn as well after this age. Things aren't completely set in stone past that age but it will be 5X harder. Just look at someone who learned chess at a young age. They can beat anyone who picks it up as an adult.

Its virtually impossible to completely rewire your brain past 28-32. You can learn skills but the overall frame work and logic of your brain is set up. Younger brain can reshape itself to be good at problem solving. You can change your mindset and the way you think of things very easily.

Most of our mindset is shaped when we are young enough to not be self aware so its environmental but after 16 you are mature enough to consciously rewire your brain in a good way.

The neural plasticity pill is brutal asf. The good news is there are drugs that can maybe help a little. People just got to realize its not the time that holds them back you don't have till 40 to figure out your life its more like 22 since you can never seriously learn things after 28. Mathematics is a good example it changes the way the brain works it is something you can't get into unless you start early 20's/teens.
