Started diet, bad appetite

I’m starting at 35% body fat / 230 pounds / 6 ft.

Ive eaten clean two days now but the problem is each day I only ate 200 calories of just chicken breast…

So maybe 30 G protein.

My body is content on that and I don’t want to eat more…

I really don’t like healthy food and it’s hard for me to force down…

Is this normal?
