Gained fat over christmas. From being a sedentary fucker and eating like shit.
Enough coping with muh 500 calorie deficit to shed 7kg fat in 3 months, or aggressive deficit to get it done in 1 or 2.
Fuck that. Time to get real results.
Time to do what i’ve done before to actually get results. Spam DNP.
Pop some DNP and get this shit over with in 2 weeks. No one likes dieting, don’t fucking lie. So may as well shorten how long i’ve got to do it.
Muh, “DNP is bad for health” STFU it’s safe at low to medium dose. And all you fat fucks talking about muh health then eat goylop. Fucking hypocrite.
Nothing wrong with using thermogenic to reduce the cutting time by several months.
Will stick to around 1500 calories
Have tried this before with a diet containing both carbs and fats, will try this time with a ketogenic diet now.
Still debating to go for 200mg or 400mg DNP. I have front loaded 400mg today. Will see.
