Bodyfat is 25 but I don't look fat from outside
Need to get to 15%

After the 48h fast eat a nice meal and 6 eggs minimum too additionally

And again fast

More than 48h you will start loosing muscle

I don't care about muscel loss. I can just get that back where I want. Little bit of pecs, glutes and abs is all I need. My back is already enough for what I'm going for.
Most of all I just want my waist to be small because that makes all the proportions better.

What's your stats and goals? Assuming your doing it for aesthetics.

Height is 6ft 184.5cm
Weight is 90kg
Upper body is 47cm or smth shoulders

I'm almost the same height and 68kg going for 63kg. Now you see how I'm not worried a about muscle loss! I'm more of an endurance athlete at core. Always had a proclivity for it. Running, juggling with 5 balls, 12 minute plank etc.

I have 20 kg or more muscle and bone mass than you bhai over
