I've gone on a hunger strike enable to lose some weight, I used to weigh around 140Ib but yesterday when I went to the doctor they said I was a 154Ib, I'm not going to let myself become one of those fat people so I've started to just starve myself.

I honestly don't get how people do stuff like this. I've been hungry all day, hopefully I'll get used to it soon and back to my normal shape. Has anyone else done anything like this before, if so, can you give me some advice?

Try intermittent fasting or some other shit starving yourself just fucks you up for a long time
 
i starved a lot i went from 122kg to 77kg rn in 7-8 months (idk if its good)

i reccomend to start starving 2 days a week separate from eachother after 1 week u can start doing 3-4 days.
4 days is the max in my opinion on the other 3 days of the week count calories and dont eat more than 1200-1500 (it also depends on your height and weight) but somewhere in the middle should work. u can also do fasted cardio or js do cardio in the days where u eat bc it helps 40 mins incline tredmill 15% 4.0km/h worked for me.

to supress hunger u can smoke or drink zero sugar drinks like monster white(better cause it has caffeine), coca cola, and tea, drink a lot of water and if u can afford it use supplements like omega 3, zinc, pottasium, vitamin c ecc

after 30-45 days u can do 5 days on your maintenance calories (calculate them on a tdee calculator) or u will hit a pleateu sooner or later

Why do you have to be so rude? Not everything works for everyone, I'm doing this becuase it works for me and I feel like it might make me lose weight faster.

I hope you don't talk to your mother with that mouth.
