Nah dude never, don’t have the best source and it’s a bit too extreme and unnecessary for me, make sure you’re fixing your bad habits while cycling or else your brain chemistry will be fucked

yup agreed. i sleep well, eat well, workout but i have to learn insane amounts of study material in 2 months.

i burn out alot since i study everyday and i feel like it'll help with oxidative stress and mood.

it is technically possible, just experimental. also you can only do uo to 1ml per because the nostrils cant do 5ml at once
