my best is 72hr, so ill try to break that.
i have the discipline of a mentally challegned 3 year old so i'd rather not eat for 5 days and get insta results than follow a strict diet

Either drink black coffee (you can use natural 0 calorie sweetener like Stevia) and plenty of water, or just go outside and keep yourself busy/away from food.

im on second day of three rn, last month when I started I could barely move through one day and ended up relapsing, now I have no appetite

as you do more and more your appetite suppression increases and you’ll be able to stay and not relapse longer

It becomes easier as you go on. I am on my 4th day now and will break my fast tomorrow morning.

I did it, dont do it unless you are like 25kg overweight, its fucking horrible and you feel like shit. I was dizzy when I stood up and was hungry 24/7. I did lose 30kg but took me a year on and off. Just join a gym, eat in calorie deficit and do cardio every day you will be healthier and you will feel better

Also you can buy fat burning oral steroids online, I never used them but they work and supress your apetite.

Dont be a pussy, when you look at your face after two day fast you will be so chiseled and feel like a God when the foids start mirin

fasting is the thing that boosted my PSL the hardest by far
once you get a certain point you don't feel hunger at all, its really not that difficult after you do it a couple times but you will crave at first

ngl needed to make my tests at home due to corona, teachers called cause they cant read my pisspoor writing so i have to tell them what i wrote

I've been there done that, trust me its not worth it to get caught up in that cycle. You're gonna lose weight gain weight lose weight gain weight, sometimes you'll gain more weight after a few days than what you started with, then you're gonna question everything why even bother with it etc... Go ahead and try waterfasting, but what really works is actual lifestyle changes and flexible diet. Instead of driving to work/school/anything just walk or bicycle. Instead of that ham sandwich how about chicken etc.. just eat whole foods and walk theory basically
