Why no igf1? You could pin 100mcg igf1des in the fat next to ur ramus and in the fat 1 inch under the outer canthus and then chew/bonesmash for big face gains
Or igf1lr3 for muscle and full body bone growth

Nah igf1lr3 goes systemic so 50-100mcg a day of that, while igf1des is for local growth so you could pin up to 300mcg on face
