  • healthy fats: butter, coconut oil, and dairy products
  • easy to digest carbohydrates: fresh fruits (emphasis on tropical), fresh fruit juices, root vegetables and tubers (emphasis on raw carrots and potatoes)
  • balanced protein intake: getting a good amount of protein from dairy products, muscle meats (i.e. beef, lamb, pork, chicken, etc.), liver, along with collagen, and whole animal proteins such as eggs, shellfish, and other seafood
  • avoidance of polyunsaturated fatty acids, namely vegetable oils, but fish oils too
  • white sugar, used in moderation
  • encouragement of light therapy
  • strong emphasis on dairy products, specifically milk, ice cream and cheeses without additives

yeah i agree with everything in the diet , make sure everything is organic

just eat a normal diet don't cut out muh pufas or whatever tf he tells u not to eat

there's no specifc diet that's gonna heal/prevent disease. disease will catch up whether u like it or not, the best u can do is eat normally and hope for the best

Omega 6 is trash actually, its even agreed by mainstream science, but omega 3 is healthy. So PUFA is still cancer except the one you get from Salmon

yeah omega 3 is where it's at. consuming omega 6 is inevitable considering it's pretty much in all foods, the key is to maximize on omega 3 to balance things out
