Scary death rates in other countries is because of low testing. In Iceland (my nation) there is WAY higher testing and look at the recovered vs dead...
Just lol. And keep it in mind, that's not 1300 ongoing infections vs 9 dead. That's 1300 RESOLVED cases (meaning people have already gotten better) that have already had a conclusion, out of which barely even a dozen people died. Even if death rate increased by literally 5x it would still only leave us with a 5% death rate. And the "it's just getting started" explanation doesn't make sense because a thousand+ recovered vs a dozen dead is already plenty. It makes no sense for the death rate to be this low if this shit was actually legit super dangerous.
I think the higher death rates in countries like Italy and elsewhere where death rates are recorded as 20-40% is probably because of improper testing.
