If you are actually starving and undereating in your teens then it will hinder growth, but if you are a fatty cutting down to a more ideal bf% then its alright

Get enough nutrients and dont be in a perma-deficit

Don’t starvemax. Yes you are fat as shit but just eat your maintenance calories and go on runs, do a sport or even walk to places.
