But for me at least the first 2 days I presume my body is begging for food since it doesn’t know what caused me to stop feeding it so ur psychologically hungry and think about it constantly

But then after these 2 days it realises ur not able to feed it and it stops asking so u feel neutral the whole time

At least that’s how I am rn I’m not hungry even tho I haven’t eaten in 2 days

If u starve u look worse u need eat as much as u can but for example if u eat only lean steaks u would never gain fat people in nature who didnt get fat was died so its only way and better eat fats only from animal foods and only 100 carbs a day from melions watermelons or something dont drink water
