is starvemaxing for hollow cheeks problemetic while your in your puberty?

During puberty, your body needs more calories and nutrients than usual to support:

  • Hormone production
  • Brain maturation

If you consistently eat too little, your body may slow down or interrupt these processes.

I think people exaggerate the problems of starving for short periods of time, you won't be affected by doing it.

In the other hand, if u were to starve as a habit, then you would be messing up your hormones, so be smart about it.

I think people exaggerate the problems of starving for short periods of time, you won't be affected by doing it.

In the other hand, if u were to starve as a habit, then you would be messing up your hormones, so be smart about it.
off the top of my head i could think of like 10 reasons even short term starvation is horrible what?

dude even 12 hr fasting has shown a fucking 92% decrease in collagen you will age so bad and stunt your growth and yes we all know genetic expression makes or breaks you JFL still doesnt mean you should starve when you can abuse a little hgh + mots c and fasted cardio and get better result while making the foids cuck to how big you are getting gym wise :Comfy:

wtf what study has shown a 92% decrease in collagen LOL that is too much for just 12 hours, that would be common knowledge if it were true, probably its just an obscure study.

How is HGH less risky than fasting only 12 hours

Ok, yes, you are semi right. I double-checked, but you are also kind of wrong so in 4 days it was a 92% decrease so we could assume with this same study by hour 12-24 it could be near 15-25% which is still horrible. and youd need to push more hours to even see fasting benefit

heres the study and thread i went off of bhai :love: i think we can both agree to see fasting results it takes more than a day or 2 so i feel like my points still kinda stands, notheless my bad for the misunderstanding

the study was done on guinea pigs, in humans there aren't studies that prove something similar, in fact we know fasting can have good effects on repairing the body.

I would say its not bad to fast 1 day every week if you want to lose weight, that and a deficit ofc. It's not like because he's in puberty he's not going to grow
