If you are really overweight then just eat in a slight deficit and do exercise. If I was you I would just do everything you can to maximise your testosterone so you can get the most out of puberty.
I would just start lifting weights and try to gain muscle mass then. You can increase your test mainly by eating well and getting loads of sleep. you can start by swimming / any other sport 1h, 3 4 times a week and then up the intensity / frequency once you get used to the stimulus and aren't fatigued.so like an hour a day or i need to do more
