don't do drugs.
start with intermittent fasting (aka skipping breakfast). once you get used to it switch to omad (only dinner).
Right now i'm eating only a big dinner with meat/chicken, eggs and a bit of carbs + coca cola/redbull zero sugars if i get hungry around noon + 2 bananas as an afternoon snack.
more than 1000kcal deficit and feel great (better than when I ate 3x/day

very probable. you shouldn't think about reducing calories when you're in the most important period for your growth. how is your body composition? do you do sports?

last time i checked i was 135 lbs and 15 % bf but my scale is probably inacurate im more like 20% cuz i cant see my abs yet i dont do sports i rot and play video games :feelswhy::feelswhy::feelswhy: i eat pretty good during the weekdays but on the weekends i eat slop cuz im low t cuck:feelswhy::feelswah:

you're probably skinny fat. to change that you don't need to starve yourself at your age, start practicing a sport (i would recommend swimming 3-4 times a week to start and keep eating good (milk, meat, eggs especially), it doesn't matter if you eat not clean some days. then to maximize growth you could focus on sleep (9-10h) and should be good.

Nicotine (snus/zyn), caffeine and clenbuterol or mounjaro if you're low inhib.

Also just eat really high volume, low calorie foods. For example, i had curry last night but switched out the rice for cauliflower rice. Didn't taste quite as good but the rice portion was only 40 cal instead of 400 cal.

I can’t get any of those since my low iq mom won’t let me but there is coffee in the house but idk if that is strong enough to affect

Yeah coffee is fine. Drink it black and just have like 4 cups a day, just not after around 3 in the afternoon or it'll affect your sleep. And just in general if it affects your sleep don't drink it.

Can you not get nicotine pouches? How old are you?

Don't starve yourself or you will fuck up your testosterone levels and stunt your growth.

If you are really overweight then just eat in a slight deficit and do exercise. If I was you I would just do everything you can to maximise your testosterone so you can get the most out of puberty.

I’m not overweight I’m skinny fat and I’m tryna debloat my face so I can get past mtn . Also how would I increase my test

I would just start lifting weights and try to gain muscle mass then. You can increase your test mainly by eating well and getting loads of sleep. There's lots of info online about how to do that.

Take that advice, stop using incel/looksmax terms like mtn and analysing your face and gtfo of this forum or you're gonna really fuck up your mental health.

so like an hour a day or i need to do more
you can start by swimming / any other sport 1h, 3 4 times a week and then up the intensity / frequency once you get used to the stimulus and aren't fatigued.
I wouldn't recommend you the gym yet, if you really want you could do calisthenics, but imo swimming / cardio sports will be better for your age and for debloating in general.
And please do NOT take drugs, nicotine or other harmful shit and do not starve yourself
