Starvemaxxing, a looksmin for the eyes area ?

I started to try reaching the lowest bodyfat possible for face aesthetic, well, my face is more lean but my eyes area descended so much, with average BMI i had almond eyes with slight UEE and good eyes support, now the UEE is ugly tier and i have a shit eyes support.

I suspect that fat pads are gone with lowering my bodyfat. It's looks like the most logic explaination.

looks like it the same for christian bale for example, as you can see his eyes ascend when he have normal weight and is fit

does someone experienced this here ? is there a solution to keep my leaness without the bad affects on the eyes ?

i was thinking about botox for the upper eyelid, but wdym by fillers ? i was thinking the eyes area is a dangerous zone for fillers. do you know some procedures ?
