Idk if this is already common knowledge or not but, try going to bed at 10PM every night. You should eat your last meal 3 - 6 hours before (depending on how big the meal was), when you don’t eat for a while your body will stimulate more growth hormone, so going to bed hungry, but not too hungry, (slight stomach rumble) can better that gh production period by 300% (if done daily for a while) in those 2 - 3 hours of deep sleep.
- take magnesium supplements 30 mins before bed | and melatonin or what ever else you need to take for sleep.
- Drink water 1h before bed, if you don’t wake up to piss 1 time then you're dehydrated.
- If you're doing this for height, then sleep with a pillows between your legs (if your a side sleeper).
If you're a back sleeper, then put a pillow on your lower back, and another under your knees.
Also, lmk your thoughts on this or if you have anything to add.
