I have been hearing about people (in attempt to lose face fat and body fat overall) simply not eating or eating very little in order to either lose weight fast or reduce water retention. Let me clear this up, when your body gets under 1500 calories a day you start to retain ANY fat, calories, water you can get because you are quite literally starving your body. I have experience with this, after 4-5 days of under 1000 calories my face was bloated as SHIT. And I only lost maybe a quarter of a pound, but didn’t actually lose any fat. To lose weight, caloric DEFICIT dont fucking take away the nutrients you need to survive and grow. The only situation where this is sustainable is if you are obese, but if you are a somewhat normal weight do not do this.

True it depletes collagen makes you look tired and also makes your mood shit. It literally causes your organs to stop replenishing as fast and you basically are just rotting away. Doing a cut and starving are very diff.

Yeah just learn how to do a proper water fast but don’t stop your vitamin intake
 
well yeah, but you only do that temporarily to lose the weight, once you reach your desired BFP you resume a normal healthy diet and lose the starved look.

Pure nonsense. My face was just bones when I was skinny. Just take potassium capsules and drink lots of water.

If you wanna lose weight and get to 12% bf, eat ONLY lean meat, nothing else. Your body will supply the fat from your reserves and you won’t even feel hungry the entire time. Becoming lean is just this easy, but retards need to make it complicated and lack the will power to not eat garbage.
