Monster white (zero sugar) and redbull zero was and still is my way to go when i starvemaxx. I leaned down to like 10-11%, started from 14/15 kinda. Red meat and zero sugar drinks helped debloating and leaning down so easy. Tea also could work, but im not that sure, some of them contain less caffeine than normal enery drinks. Drink at least 1.5L of water before consuming any caffeine so you can piss more, otherwise you're just gonna dehydrate yourself .
