Does starving really works?
i wanna lose weight but i dont want to lose my muscle i just want to achieve abs, dont say do a cut because i wont cut for a whole year i'll prefere hop on some kind of drug instead of cutting for a whole year, so starving will make me lose weight but dont lose that much muscle just to achieve muscle or i will lose all my muscle?
 
Just do a harsh cut. So, a significant amount less of calories. Not a measly 200 or so, but 1,000+.

How much weight do you need to lose? Myfitnesspal can give you a rough outline, and I think max is 2lbs per week. I am not 100% but anymore of a crazy cut and you WILL lose muscle. Not all, but some, unless you really keep hitting the gym and eating protein.

From what I recall, the only time you really need to worry about muscle lose is a long fast. Which should only be done by fatties. Otherwise, just do an extreme cut and focus on protein intake and maintenance. But long term, it's not good for you in the slightest. I would do some research on what the limit is before negatives outweigh the pros.

No, starvation is bullshit, you will lose muscle, muscles should always be filled with nutrients, proteins and other things, starvation will literally destroy them.

i think about 11-12 kgs, im eating very low calories, my maintance is like 3000 kcal a day and i am eating like 1800 or below and still gaining weight WTF

Hmm. Yeah could be water weight. I am going to assume you ARE tracking your calories and entering them right. Even the sauces used during a meal. Creatine if you use will hold a ton of water weight. Which caused me to jump the gun in the past and give up my cut.

Otherwise I would recalculate because there is no way you should be gaining weight on such a diet

yea im tracking, i'll just continue a bit this cut and if i cant i'll just hop on smth (btw who is the girl on ur pfp?)
