I think I am beginning to control the static, I don't really know if this shit actually works or if it's just the placebo effect , but I have been "practicing". For the past week I have been turning off all the lights in my room and then I just sit there and trying to control the static. Today while I was sitting in my room trying to control the static when I started seeing these line things in the kind of in the shape of a misshapen circles . I started focusing on these and they began making perfect circles and then they would "despawn". I was able to just stare at the circle for 5 seconds and then it would just despawn. I saw about 10 different circles, but then they stopped appearing. Tomorrow I am going to try to see other shapes or objects.
