just started the first day out of 4 weeks, 250mg here are my current stats

16 years old (17 in feb)
6'1" 164.7lbs this morning
lifts are 240bench 315backsquat (these will prob tank)

If I die its been fun
If I get shredded it will be funner

Never seen my abs or chest strat rations in my life so im really hopeful

165 at 5'6 and 6'1 are very diffrent
