I'll be able to follow foids and stalk them at least if I post a couple of photos and get like 200 followers.

do it. ive been doing it since january and it's helped me become more NT. when i find a girl around me i like, i stalk her facebook then add her on instagram and pretend to have found it by chance

As long as they're real followers linked to people you know, yes. I have 3000 followers and I follow 900 people this way

Big city = NY, London etc

Plenty of non-celeb, non-business accounts have 5k-10k followers where I live.
