According to it, starvemaxxxing makes you uglier to women until it ascends you beyond chadhood.

I wonder how accurate it is, because I'm 21 bmi currently and I'm not sure which way to go since gym is hard and expensive while starving is free

I'm 6'2/165lbs currently if it matters at 16.5% bf. Currently trying to bulk after going to 156lbs but not sure if I am doing the right thing anymore.

pseudo science? i eat little and i think it has made me indeed uglier/skinnier
 
I used to have very similar stats to you and I promise you lean bulking is absolutely the way. It’s a grind but you can cheat with sarms/test if you’re old enough. Go to the gym.

just work out im skinny 5´10 mtn and both genders find me ugly

how big of a surplus?
I’m 6’3.5 185 now leanish, used to be around 155-160 skinny fat and have eaten maybe 3-500 above surplus daily for a bit now. However I’m on a Cardarine/osta cycle for another few weeks which may have contributed (highly recommend you research it btw very good). I wouldn’t recommend dirty bulking unless you’re literally a stick figure though. Slow and steady surplus mogs by far if you care about looks along with gains

since im 6'4 135 rn should i just try to gain with few hundred calorie surplus? im afraid ill gain fat and itll go to my face so i just eat in a slight deficit every day

If you’re still growing absolutely, fat wouldn’t even matter then imo. If you’re past like 17-18 or so I think a slower bulk would be more beneficial. But you can gain weight at the gym even within maintenance especially when you first start lifting.

i turned 17 a little less than 3 months ago and yeah im new to lifting (also rep back)

I'm skeptical since it's empirically proven and common knowledge that being lean is more attractive. Also, long-term starvemaxxing will ruin your hormones and make you feel like shit, not worth it.

Stick to the bulk and then cut when you've built a good amount of muscle mass. Don't go below a 500-calorie deficit when you cut so your muscles don't vaporize.

Depends on your preference. Ideally, you may wanna look like David Laid, but that would take years and could even be impossible naturally. I recommend building enough muscle until you're satisfied with the amount you have and until you're noticeably jacked.

Hmmm I’d consider just saying fuck it and dirty bulk + spam gym at that age tbh. You may be able to grow 1-2 more inches too. Especially at 6’4 you’re probably like 30-40 lbs under ideal weight minimum.

Dirty bulking is shit, it's been shown to only make you fat. Clean bulk builds pretty much the same amount of muscle while keeping healthy.

I agree dirty bulking is shit in 95% of cases. But when you’re a literal skeleton like he said it’s a lot faster and once he leans down he’d be at a similar spot as lean bulking in a lot less time.

If he was normal weight to start then I’d always advocate for clean bulking/maintenance. That’s what I do right now

i cannot dirty bulk in highschool that is worse than suicide
