So this method is actually good and relatively low risk:
This works best if you're low inhib.

So first you need to find someone selling a lets say moncler jacket on a marketplace and plan a meetup with him.

When you meet up wear a covid mask (or dont wear anything if you're low inhib so he won't be suspicious)
Then try haggling for the price so it seems more believeble.

Then ask to put it on to see if it fits you
If he let's you do it give him the jacket you're currently wearing (wear a cheap one), put his jacket on and then just run away.
If he doesn't let you try it on just say he's wasting your time or something.
