Testosterone decreases collagen synthesis, reducing the strength, flexibility and structural integrity of skin and joints. There are ways to mitigate this.

Androgens inhibit osteoclastic bone resorption with increase of bone formation through androgen receptor in bone tissue. Boldenone in particular was developed mainly for dystrophy treatment and to increase bone weight and density in osteoporosis.

Deca and EQ promote wound healing. Anavar has conclusively been shown to improve recovery from surgery. Human Growth Hormone (rhGH) increases collagen deposition in damaged tissues. Unrelated to bone density, but generally useful for any AAS user to know: hGH repairs learning deficits brought about by prior use of anabolic steroids.

Nonsteroid peptide alternatives include BPC-157 and TB-500.

Collagen Synthesis

Procollagen III is a primary indicator used to determine the rate of collagen synthesis, involved in bones, joints and tendons:

Just keep estrogen high, take a GH secretagogue (gh is too bad for long term health imo) and some anavar
