other risks include (even if reversible for some)
cardiomegaly
organomegaly
heart atrophy (i heard this is reversible cuz its mainly something to do with water retention idek)
insulin sensitivity (yes you can avoid it)
acromegaly (only for extended use, probably wont happen however you can get partial acromegaly)
