steroids on nose

has anyone seen results applying steroids like hydrocortisone or betamethasone on their nose without side affects? if so- how did you cycle it? u supposed to take breaks right

im doing topical 0.1% tret + fat dissolvers and seeing good results but want a bit more. i have to cope until i can get rhino at 18

im doing topical 0.1% tret + fat dissolvers and seeing good results but want a bit more. i have to cope until i can get rhino at 18

use hydrocortisone but your body will get used to it so you will need to take more to see the same results after a couple of month. and there is nothing without side effects

eventually wouldnt your skin get to a point where its useless to keep upping the dose? wouldnt it be better to cycle it and take breaks from it

nope. your body will just get used to it so you will need to use more but its never actually useless. and the face tissue is very thin so you should use it for like a week max and the break should be 2 weeks long if you want to avoid serious side effects.

maybe use less than 0.1% first and see what happens and than slowly go up to 0.1 and use sunscreen and moisturizer everyday to avoid side effects
