Sticking a Q-tip into my nose ascended me

literally free rhinoplasty, i stick it into one nostril and it takes my nose from slightly hooked and subhuman to subtle upturned and prettyboy esque, giving me appealing nostrils and a thinner nose from the front. This is one of those things that sounds retarded but could actually provide a noticeable difference in looks level, depending on the individual nose and how it would harmonize with ur face, like you can't feel it inside ur nose and it only hurts to take it out and put it in.
