I swear by gymcelling and leanmaxxing, but the roid propaganda on here is overboard.

Every time I see someone mention the "DAD BOD" it gets a little more fit. That guy is literally just an untrained young man. Dad bod used to mean a fat, potbellied middle aged looking guy.

Can you share your wrist routine???
All I did were basic forearm exercises and basic grip training, like wrist curls and pinch grip... I also did deadlifts without straps but I use straps a lot so I could reach higher numbers.

If I was to start grip training today, this is what I would do:

Cannonball Grip on pull ups: it makes conventional pull ups much harder because you have to use a lot more grip strength... You can DIY by using a couple of tennis balls with a hole in the middle, then insert them on the pull ups bar...

I also would do Pinch Grip using plates (the thicker the harder + better):

Wrist Curls (I think partial reps works better but you can do full ROM if you want to, test your body and you will discover what works for you):

And for last I would do Dead Hangs on a pull ups bar:



People say this exercise did wonders for them.

Don't know too much about increasing finger thickness with the exception of gaining weight, but impact exercises such as slapping hard surfaces and using a hammer to hit a rock with all your strength seems to work... Manual labor seems to work too because the skin gets thicker to deal with all the friction when gripping bricks, sand bags etc: try Sand Bucket/Rice Bucket exercises, where you take a bucket, fill it with sand/rice, put your hand inside and open and close your hand, grabbing the content and squeezing it as hard as you can... I did it for a time and it makes the forearms and hands sore as hell.
