Still grow bones/height at 17 ?

5'8 at 17, think I hit puberty quite late as I look very young in comparison to my peers. Dad's 5'10, mum is 5'4. Is it worth tryna max out my height by drinking lots of milk and sleeping or will it just be cope ??

17 isnt fully cooked. if growth plates are still open, a late bloomer might squeeze 1-2 inches but a bone age xray tells u if it’s over
