Hey guys, hope y’all are doing okay.
I’m 17 atm and I notice that I don’t have the bone mass I wish I had, I’m still bloated so I’m trying to get down to 10% bf to see if I look better, which I probably will, but besides that, I was thinking about my facial bones and wondered if there’s anything I can do to stimulate growth. I had a pretty mid diet growing up and started to improve it late, so wanted to ask if anything that I can eat, drink, take to stimulate it. I was thinking about eating and drinking raw milk/meat but it’s kinda hard to get access to it from where I live. So if anyone has any diet tips or things I should do to help bone growth I would be grateful to read it.
Also, I’m considering hgh, just have to go to the pediatric to see if everything’s fine for me to take it.
