All true. Gymcelling is pointless when your base is pic on the left. It's also useless if you have the body on the right since at that point you're already genetically fit and healthy. Gymcelling is only worth it if you have chronic scoliosis or other skeletal problems.

It's not a halo but it's good for your mental health and being in shape. That Svringe guy is a turbo coper saying going to the gym ages you and lowers your lifespan. No "lifespan" for an incel life. Going to the gym and working out is obviously a plus.

If people just followed rationality and adjusted their lives in beneficial ways rather than giving into easy cop-outs, they'd do their future selves a huge service.


One of the main traps normies fall into is alcohol dependence/addiction which catches up with them, always. It should be easy to identify what to do if you just try to avoid the bs and do what's best for yourself, with your own life outcome in mind.
