Yes, but youth helps to some degree. But once implant stretches the soft tissue envelope, its hard to get back that tight look pre-implant.

Naw, I have youthful features overall. But looked even younger before. Its more like it caused some midface tissue sag as buccal fat provides support to the midface. That said I don’t need a midface lift. Thats when you are older. At least in your mid 40’s. Just contour isn’t as tight as before. I don’t look hollow. I wouldn’t recommend trying to get hollow cheeks through Buccal, looks uncanny.
