Deadlift is high T For men it miminks lifting something heavy and putting it down squats don’t mimink anything we might do in our day to day life

Squats are for women and sissies to grow there ass and thighs to appeal to men

Squats were invented by jews to help sissify and bimbofy men they spread leg day propaganda to make them go but the average gym goer skips leg day which is high T reaction because they don’t want to be bimbofied

I have completely stopped squatting in the gym

I hate squating it legit hurts I just want to die while I’m doing them

I only deadlift now and then leg extensions and hamstring curl then hit abs and neck boom done leg day

Sometimes I get hard while resting I between sets as I scroll through the nudes girls have sent me for extra testosterone boost and my cock hangs above the bar I feel like a high T sex monster Bull when that happens

Deadlift grows your ass too. But yes it is a high T trait to deadlift, especially if you're egolifting and using way too much weight and slamming it down

My favorite but i get yall i’m just weird
Its actually a pointless exercise for me I dont know I just find It pointless Deadlifts are a better replacement but its also dangerous because if you do It incorrectly you'll injure your back.

Well i personally find every gym exercise pointless, i go there for fun and i have the most fun doing squats cuz im genetically gifted in my quads and i feel better when im squatting more than everybody else in my gym and i dont want to sound corny but i like the feeling of squats

I dont squat I only deadlift with Low weights around 70-80kg could maybe reach 100kg l just do these for high reps but and 4 sets each i dont wanna risk adding more weight to my deadlift because I dont wanna injure my back badly.
