try 20g or even 30g

You might benefit more, if you are healthy your gut will handle it no problem, more anabolic

better nootropic effect, take with niacinamide and alpha gpc increased atp, nad and better fat oxidation + alpha gpc increases isometric strength

more anabolic = better

For creatine it's anecdotal but redditors tolerate 40g just fine

+ if you are heavier individual you for sure need more than 5g anyway for max effect



Alpha gpc or cdp is your choice but commonly supp companies use choline bitartrate to skim profits. It doesn't cross brain blood barrier as well but alpha proven to greatly increase choline levels after an hour of ingestion

Split dose x3 a week 400mg

I do 600mg twice a day cuz my source only has 600mg pill and get form reputable source cuz many supp companies have heavy metals in their stuff.

Creatine has nootropic effect


Not that conclusive but makes sense cuz increases atp levels to be used by brain

I won't link anything else these are the only studies I've read prior, anecdotally I ise one shot nutrition creatine 15g a day with alpha, l theanine, caffeine and soon piracetam by mood has never been better

If you go by the pharmacological philosophy of "less is more", use more smarter selective compounds and dyor well then why not

Personally I wouldn't mess with my endocrine system too much

tbh you shouldn't even be taking creatine

it's the antithesis of staying lean, you just hold too much water

Where? This is a weird thing to say since 5g itself is a general dose, you should be dosing all your supps by bodyweight and response

To be exact i think a good creatinendose was 0.3g for kg bw and that more is usseles, thats what professional bodybuilding and fittness guys are telling everyone, me personally i stopped taking creatine at all because i didnt see any benefits from it other than my stomach was not feeling great after taking it

Brutal, yeah some people have gastro issues with crea

And some people don't respond with lower doses anecdotally

Interesting I read a study involving a boy who has physiological problem with body not being able to carry creatine properly and higher doses helped him. Not sure how common or rare this is

So its all different for some people some will be good taking 5g some 2g and some will benefit more from 20g

20g is unnecessary. You can reach full saturation with just 5g a day.

The 20g is used in the beginning stages to reach saturation faster.

Btw creatine will bloat your face.
I'm deathly lean I take 15g no difference in face

AFAIK it only draws water into muscles, shouldn't make too much of a difference for most people

Your face has muscles; masseters, buccinators, temporalis etc.

hmm gonna look into this later.

not using creatine at all anymore :forcedsmile: I ran out few months ago and simply didn't bother ordering anything new. Need to get back on atleast 5g/day asap.
