I still feel kinda fked up and guilty till this day because of what I’ve done because im still unsure of what I’ve done is justified.
We basically started dating when I was 15 and on my 16th birthday she invited her guy bestfriend to my house to celebrate my birthday. He basically followed her everywhere to prevent me from drinking with her to get blackout drunk or maybe even preventing me from cracking her. But anyways I’m still a virgin till this day and I’m turning 19. After my birthday, she started texting him a lot more, ditching dates with me to go out with him and his friend group to watch movies and I would usually find him in her most frequently contacted. I would sometimes catch her with him in an empty classroom sitting together doing work. On our dates, she would sometimes forget to order her food because she’s so engrossed in texting him, while I catch her smiling at her phone ON OUR DATES. It got quite bad a few days after this: I heard her yell for the first time in our relationship. Being ND, I had severe sensory issues from sound like yelling and I just couldn’t control myself. I felt like crying and raging at the same time, a feeling I couldn’t explain. I just went up to her and choked her out in public and walked away. We just broke up like that and till this day I still question myself because it was such a bad way to end a breakup.
