I did this yesterday and I felt great. I know it might not seem like I spent a lot of time on here as I don’t post very much compared to other users, but I spend a lot of time browsing threads and check for notifications a lot. Not having to worry about this and knowing that I wouldn’t go on more than 3 times helped my mindset. Highly recommended for most people reading this
