strech marks lower back

Does anyone have stretch marks like mine on their lower back from growing? When did you get them? How much have you grown? And is there anything you can do about them, like laser treatment?

You seem to be in good shape, not fat. But note that people who are prone to stretchmarks are also heavily prone to loose skin. So you need to make sure you never become too fat, because if you do, then it's highly likely you will be left with loose skin once you do lose all the weight.

Thank you, yes I am in good shape at around 12% body fat but I didn't know about the hanging skin. Then I will be careful not to bulk too much rather lean bulk

i grew very fucking fast but i stopped growing at 15. i got them at like 12-14. idk exact time tbh

Yes, stretch marks are common because you are too fat. I was always lean but grew too quickly because of that

i grew very fucking fast but i stopped growing at 15. i got them at like 12-14. idk exact time tbh

same i got them when I was 13 or 14, but stopped growing when I was 16, even though I grew so fast back then. I'm not that tall now, I'm 5 11or so , I often see it in people 6'5 or more
