squat: 240
Bench 225(245 wraps)
DL: 365

Ngl I’m coping hard and want the best of both worlds. But yeah I’m think I’ll just cut to 138 get to 11-13 BF and then lean bulk. Gonna let my numbers go down.

Late reply but yeah that's what I was pointing out ; as a natural (which I assume you are) you can't have the best of both worlds.

Sure you can get some pretty decent numbers and good physique but you will never excel in one or the other, it's just impossible. So you have to make a choice ; you either sit at a comfortable body fat percentage that doesn't impact too much your performance and you will stall one day or you focus on strength, forget about aesthetics completely and you will stall too, albeit much later and with impressive numbers.

Once again naturally. If you want to get enhanced then throw everything I wrote out of the window.
