I'm putting this in the theory section because I don't want to get fucking killed by a mods, But let's get to the first tactic, Control where you stress: Find A reasonable place where you could stress but not stress out Like school or a job, What do you find some bullies But I know you try to get them to know you more but not a lot, We don't want to overdo it, Also try to find some fake friends that talk shit behind your back, but Hear them talk shit That's also pretty optimal but if you have a fake friends that really annoy you Never pick up calls If you don't need to, or if you really stressed don't go to a place where you know you will interact, Second method physical: Build muscle or do cardio to your limit every 3 times a week, Also take tren Or test Just because those things will push you to your limit ( But you should do Research about it), What should you do if you're a new stresser, You should honestly try To fight your mind and train it and stress it Before you do any actual muscle building or cardio or anything with your physical appearance, I hope this was a good thread yall
