if u mean weights to strech ur spine dont do that ur gonna become disabled jfl. try microfractures in the leg bones and apply weighted traction to the legs that would be safer.

neither have much evidence behind them but at least do the safer option

way too risky to do anything relating to the spine, going to set yourself up for years of back pain and loss in function. if its just streching its fine but do not do anything weighted.

Anecdotal but I had a growth spurt at 14 then my growth slowed down a lot 16. at 17 I would put my feet over my bed, stretch then sleep in that position and I grew from 5’11 to 6’1 barefoot in 3 months. Obviously could have been a coincidental growth spurt but you could try if you’re still going through puberty.

That doesn’t make any sense lil nigga, bones aren’t stretchable, the only thing you’ll be doing is pulling on your joints, the only way for bones to grow is naturally or with continuous fractures

Feet act as an anchor, move your hips up the bed, grab your bed frame or something in front of you and using your arms and keeping your hips where they were, pull yourself forward then lie down, you should feel it in your back. Downside is that you have to sleep on your stomach. Again, possibly just a second growth spurt but no harm in trying if you’re still growing.

@5.5psl didnt you try something with ankle weights and sprinting and it worked to some extent?
