No, green eyes contain the yellowish pigment lipochrome as well.

Genetics. I did some punnet squares and there was a 25% chance of me having blue eyes. I'm pretty sure If I get Stroma, it'll turn out blue. I'm only doing one eye for heterochromia halo and if Stroma proves dangerous long-term, I'll still have vision.
