He's based in New York, but fees are a bit expensive at 10k USD but testimonies have shown thats it pretty effective and not too risky, altough there are side effects, just check one of their post for more info about this, so yeah unless youre really into spending for looksmaxxing, i wouldnt recommend this

Well, some people have the correct pheno to maximise the effect of light eyes dark hair, but it helps with ascension as well i guess

Wdym by the effects of "light eyes dark hair"? That's literally what I have, i'm castizo Mexican.

Light scalp hair (dirty blond, light redhead, dark blonde, light blond, anything but ginger orange really) + dark eyebrows + light eyes is ideal, and no, most people here don't have enough of a "correct pheno" to pull off any hair color lighter than medium brown.

They'll go from MENA/Wop/Spic/Balkan mutts to Slav mutts.

Probably the implant (because STRŌMA laser eye color change is still in development) but it’s way, way more dangerous and could very likely end up looking artificial. STRŌMA is still in clinical trial stages which means it’s not commercially available yet.

If you do see someone claiming you get can get STRŌMA somewhere, assume they‘re lying.

If you are lucky you can get natural looking green eyes if you have lightbrown eyes but for ethnics who has had darkbrown eyes since birth it is over

There’s no current release date so it’s anyone’s guess, really. I expect 2025 though and it’ll be released in Europe before being released in the U.S.

He has a really interesting shade of green because he has brown around hair pupils which adds a warm tone, allowing it to fit better

Sometimes in pictures his eyes look hazel because of how the warm toned brown cancels out some of the cool tones in the green, if it was just stark green it would look a little odd
