I think a sub5 or even anyone can ascend by a few points in professional shootings that models are in.

I def think irl most look good. If you use a regular phone camera then its to be expected the photo will be slightly distorted and depending how far you are it will make your face wider or more narrow. Which at times these can be used as frauding as for some it can ascend them by 0.5-1 point. But irl "motion" matters and if you have especially decent bones it will look way better irl than on camera.

It depends, if you fraud your own pictures of course you're going to look better, just take a normal front-profile picture in the bathroom mirror
