Struggling to make sense of my life experience

I have ways gotten a decent amount of attention from girls. Majority of them have been normie looks or above.

At 14, 15, 16, I was getting more attention than most of my friends. I lost my virginity at 16. I'm in my mid20s now and still get attention.

I am not bragging. In fact, I am technically an incel at the moment - I have nothing to brag about. And I think I am ugly. I'm sure of it.

When i talk to friends and family about this, they tell me I have BDD. I have a """diagnosis""" of BDD, but I dont agree with it. My failos are real, not imagined.

I look in the mirror and see ugly. I see photos and think hideous. Every surgeon I've seen has agreed that my failos do exist.

So why do i get opportunities with women? Why have I not been incel until recently? It doesn't add up. I dont understand. Is it JBW? Is it just be tall? Is the blackpill not as real as I thought? Is it muh personality?

I don't know what to think anymore. I never pursue girls because I am repulsed by myself. Maybe I just have BDD and that's all there is to it.
