Month 1 update. Started taking supplements and skincare and trying to improve sleep and trying to act on most of the advice I got here and in DMs but am not sure what to really focus on for this next month? e.g I made my first post, shaved, got hair style started skincare, changed shampoo and cond etc so was mainly hair focused but honestly still not sure if I need to just focus more on one thing at a time first.

and then after some advice 1 month later...

BUT now it's been like a week and I seem to have so many things to improve I'm not sure what is best so have ended up not really doing anything except small things like I got told about the difference between EU and PA+ SPF so ordered a PA+ SPF Moisturiser arriving next month by the time my current runs out. ALSO I went out and took some photos from yesterday and I look ugly/ mid again IRL.

From last 3 days...

I have been told my face looks fat so I should exercise more and lean down, I am roughly 80kg, ( my scale stopped working ) 6-6'1 but I don't really eatc anything, today I had some water, 2 pieces of toast and later it will be some sandwich at work with crisps or something but I should be in an insane caloric deficit or something, I try to run 6km everyday. Not sure why I look like a retarded pig monster in every pic, the hairstyle change / recommendation is good but obviously when I compare it to some look, maxer model guy it doesn't even look like the same thing and I can't even really tell if it looks styled, seems to get destroyed in the wind but it's supposed to be just like a normal split parting, do I need more hair or maybe some stronger gell? Maybe it's incompatible with my hair type? I chose it also to hide the wack side hair that sticks out at the side that I have and also have the face/head look more symmetrical by being split in the middle compared to the uneven lobotomy cut I have

Body wise I do the running but even then it's not that much or that consistent, aside from that all I do is move like 1 meter from my bed to my PC bent over everyday typing on my keyboard and leave the house like 20 min walk to go to work and back but it's a blessing I'm not less healthy/ in the condition I am from doing nothing but I know that if I keep this up in like 2 years I'll be even more fucked, at least while I'm 23 I have the natural testosterone boost

I know I have been told in like every post to get rhino to fix nose and lips etc but I will try to work with what I have, moneymax, see how far I can go etc and then if necessary, surgery. Aside from that some suggestions I have received are:

- Take Finasteride and Mino for hair ( I do not think I am balding yet but some comments said I should take it anyway for thicker eyebrows and lashes ( mixed feedback on this ) , I will likely buy and start from next month after I get paid )

- Start tanning as I look pale (might start with this but not sure if it's a priority as I feel like something has went wrong already and I need to fix it before making additional changes )

- Start exercising ( mainly neck and jaw a ) since from the side my jaw merges into my neck due to a weak side profile? and some other reason I forgot .

I think it's best for me to just focus on one thing at a time and make them a habit then I cxanb see the changes every month when I post here and hopeful;ly it stays as something I do daily so every month I'll gain a new habit that makes me a better version of myself but rn I think I need to focus on just monemaxing and like 1 looksmaxing habit or I'll end up making no progress . I think logically the main answer is I just need to exercise daily, boost testosterone naturally and this will change , aside from that I need to focus on this hair and keep up the skincare , then I can focus on adding new products and stuff next month if it works out but maybe I'm missing something else first?? Its been like 40 mins on this now so I'll make some supplement post another time to review so I doin't get it wrong and just focus on this for now

I get most of my micros covered through vitamin supplements so covered on that end, although ideally if I had more money, I would get those through actual food and do plan to switch when possible. Macro wise though because I do not eat much I am likely lacking , focusing on macro meals as a habit will also boost calories. I know this stuff seems like common sense but when people point it out as a pain point and you reinforce it with the logical benefits, it increases the desire to take action on it.

Doing sport idk, I can increase the running ideally to 10km/day, which is like my life goal, which I assumed you would have to be shredded and work out for years to achieve but now I'm realising if I put in a little effort I could;d achieve it within like 6 months but ofc I don't just want to be some skinny guy who runs and burns off the few calories I get from food running with no real significant benefit going from 6km every few days to 10km daily and even potential downsides.

Callisthenics and home workout would be goated but lets be real, it's unlikely I suddenly lock in and start working out, I'd probably have to get a gym membership, kinda enjoy going and the results and then want to see even more results so start working out at home and gym. Sunlight-wise I supplement with vita D3? I was told on this sub many people here go outside less because of the passing dmg you suffer from sun exposure, even if you wear SPF50 with decent UVA protection ( arriving next month ). Not sure if there is some other benefit you mean I am missing out on via sunlight aside from the D3.

Kind of just typed out my thoughts while reading but I do try to extract any potential info from criticism etc. Main takeaways for me are

- exercise at a gym ( get a gym pass and go regularly )
- Focus on at least 1 decent meal a day to get macro nutrients and calories ( can't reap the benefits of exercise without this )

So if I look at that then this month before focusing on tanning, minodoxil, finasteride or other things I need to just focus on the 'basics' (foundational habits ) of anyone on self-improvement. therefore, my next steps should be:

1. Do more research into micro/macros/diet ( I had to look up the difference in the notes I made 3 years ago )
2. Review my current supplement stack and see where I'm lacking
3. Aim for 1 daily macroi ( probably protein via a protein shake ) that boosts caloric intake
4. Look into local gyms and what machines they have
5. Based on equipment create a workout plan ( last time I made the workout plan first and they didn't have any of the machines at the gym, the other gym near me only has dumbbells and running machines so will probably have to go to one a bit further )
6.Start going gym at least 3x a week, while avoiding a caloric deficit, this way every month if done right I should see some changes knowing it wasn't a waste.

I have been planning this but keep procrastinating tbh my main plan was to use Alpha GPC to help make me addicted to exercise but it's kind of cope

anyway thanks for your comment, it also reminded me ' if you don't do these things as the bare minimum it means you aren't trying on this forum and will be ignored till you do since anyone who can't even take action on something so easy won't make it anyway ' for me I thought exercise was hard because I'm lazy but I guess it's all 'mindset' just change and be better or fail and die.

Vitamins supplements aren’t even close to the efficiency of the actual vitamins you eat via real food, it digest like shit and you don’t actually observe it.

I would suggest you to take AAS and other stuff for fat loss and recovery enhancement.

Get a gym membership, not even a question.
And for the d3 part— I would suggest you to go outside beacuse like I said the vitamins supplements digest like shit. D3 naturally (sun) will have 100 times more effectiveness.
If you apply constantly spf50 every time you go out then it’s perfect , the sun won’t do much damage and you can wear a hat and just get a tan with mt2.

1.Yeah researching on your diet is great — but bruh don’t start a diet that is good for others, you need it to be good for you, what I mean is do blood work and se what your lacking and keep on from there.
2.Don’t take Suplements
3. Good idea overall but I would try to eat 2 meals instead (for better energy etc).
4. Yes
5. Specific workout plan is COPE, all you need is to do the basics workouts — PPL.
6. Sounds good
I have been planning this but keep procrastinating tbh my main plan was to use Alpha GPC to help make me addicted to exercise but it's kind of cope
I mean it’s not completely cope but I wouldn’t say it’s potent to actually make a difference in your mentality.

Bro i tried to give u advice on ur last post but u didnt listen. The sooner u stop with the supplement bullshit, the sooner u will be able to save for surgery. In around a year from now u will come to this conclusion when none of the half measure bs like supplements & diet works. I am giving this harsh advice because i am taking pity on u and want u to succeed. U must save for rhino, and some sort of jaw surgery - u are best booking consultation with a maxillofacial surgeon for this.

But if I cannot at least understand the benefits and look into these things and just get surgery, I feel like nothing will change except maybe I will have a more normal nose or better jaw, it's not like if I get one of these things I will go from a 4 to a 7 etc . For me the most value comes out of looking into these things, realsing how fucked I am from being unaware all my life and then ideally through repetition I will understand what makes someone healthy/ what doesn't , the pros and cons of what I consume, what I can and can't change naturally and why/how much it even matters etc.

If I learn the basics and apply them over and over again, adding things on gradually, I'll have more appreciation/understanding of what must change and why. If I have poor diet etc, work like a rat and pour all my money to get some better-looking nose I'll still be unhealthy depressed and be a loser. I know I need things like a better nose and jaw, I think I can fix the jaw myself through exercise, nose probnbaly not and then eyebrows and skin tone with tanning and minox but over and over again I'm realising that I'm just pouring money into all these things without a good mindset, habits or discipline making them less effective/ redundant. I can use some filter and editing to adjust skintone, nose and brows but I'll still look ugly, be poor and waste my life doing low value tasks because I thought paying someone to skip that effort to change would make me a better person.

oral or topical? i keep hearing mixed reviews topical seems safer but applying to brows to effect brows and lashes seems riskier , oral targets them internally but then CAN cause bloating

No bro u are now saying u can fix the jaw through natural means. U cant. I promise u.
I went through the natural route myself that is why i am telling u this.
Some obvious things like tan will help, but bones are the most important by a mile, and you can not change them naturally at your age I promise you.
You wont be a loser afterwards, you will be better off.

Appreciate the clarity man, especially on the gym and real food points.

You’re right: I’ve been trying to optimise malnutrition before I’ve even built a base. set of habits Supplements are a crutch right now, not a booster. Gonna cut all of them until after my blood test this Saturday so I can get a clean read on what I’m actually deficient in without interference.

Next steps for me:

  1. Building a daily habit of real macro meals (eggs, oats, rice, tuna, peanut butter, etc.) to get my calories back up and stop running on fumes. ( luckily, I live near a supermarket so I can order a ton of cheap things and have a blender )
  2. Scouting gyms near me this week. Signing up. No excuses. Just machines and PPL basics to lock in consistency first., I found a good gym, but it's kinda expensive but if I skip minox/ finas/mt2/aats for now I'm basically covering that cost on the most important thing
  3. Rebalancing my view on it. I’ll start going outside every day for at least 10–20 min while using SPF when it arrives (hat + morning/evening exposure till then). I found some cheap spf50 with good UVA so bought like 4 months supply
  4. Will pause supplements till blood results. After that I’ll tailor based on the data instead of stacking blindly.
  5. Not touching MT2 or AAS anytime soon. Not because I’m scared, just because I’d be wasting it on something unsustainable, if I stop spending money on all these things I've never heard of, and all seem to have side effects and just go gym I'll make more visible progress I think

I’ll lock this in for the next 30 days and report back. Thanks again needed someone to call out the basics this directly.
